Shipping

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. After your order is processed, shipping usually takes 5–7 business days depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. This means orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or on a holiday may take a little longer to be processed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information if it is available. Please make sure your email and shipping address are correct before checking out. Sedated is not responsible for orders sent to the wrong address if the customer entered the wrong information.

Shipping delays can happen due to weather, holidays, high order volume, or carrier issues. Once the package is handed to the shipping carrier, we do not control the exact delivery time.

If your order has not arrived after the expected time, please contact us with your order number so we can look into it.
